Responsibilities

• Create the initial electronic health record and ensure patient identification.
• Check in patients and verify demographics, guarantor, and insurance details; collect co-pays.
• Explain insurance coverage and refer patients to Financial Advocates as needed.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and assist with directions, transportation, and interpreter services.
