Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner and register patients including input of demographic and insurance information into the RIS.
• Explain forms to patients and assist with form completion, via paper or tablet.
• Process paperwork by scanning documents and maintaining confidentiality; ensure required orders for diagnostic tests are present.
• Collect patient payments and explain benefits; verify insurance when necessary.
• Schedule and reschedule patients, and reconcile daily payments; generate and review the daily invoice journal.
