Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-focused manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information; collect signatures and ensure documentation is complete.
• Collect co-pays and fees and log them accurately.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls; schedule or adjust appointments.
• Provide orientation on safety protocols and directions to facilities.
• Coordinate with back-office staff for timely patient care.
• Safeguard patient information and property in accordance with policy and law.
