Qualifications

• 1 year office, customer service, or related experience is required; medical office experience preferred.
• EPIC experience preferred; familiarity with EHR systems.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in for appointments.
• Answer phone calls and assist patients with scheduling.
• Verify and update patient information and insurance in the EHR.
• Collect copayments and explain financial responsibilities.
• Provide administrative support (scanning, faxing, mailing).
