Job summary

Signature Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative - Bilingual in Lakewood, OH to provide outstanding patient support. You will handle patient registration, maintain accurate data in the EHR, and assist with scheduling while ensuring a welcoming experience.

You should be fluent in English and Spanish, have at least 1 year of office or customer service experience, and be proficient with EPIC and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year office, customer service, or related experience required.
• Knowledge of insurance (Medicare/Medicaid) preferred.
• Experience with an EHR system preferred (EPIC).

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify insurance in the EHR.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage provider availability.
• Collect copays and communicate financial responsibilities to patients.
• Provide administrative support (scanning, faxing, mailing).
• Protect patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
