Job summary

Signature Health, Inc. seeks a Patient Services Representative to deliver excellent patient support, complete registrations, verify insurance in the EHR, and schedule services.

Reporting to the Manager, Patient Services, you will greet patients, check in for appointments, answer calls, and ensure a positive first impression. This full-time role requires a High School Diploma, 1 year of office or patient service experience, and proficiency with EPIC and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year office or customer service experience; medical office preferred.
• Experience in a primary care or behavioral health setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid preferred.
• Experience with EPIC and Excel/Word

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify insurance in the EHR.
• Schedule patients and manage provider/clinician calendars.
• Answer calls, greet patients, and check in for appointments.
• Collect copayments and refer for financial assistance when needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Provide administrative support (scanning, faxing, mailing).
