Job summary

Signature Health in Ohio is seeking a Patient Services Representative who is bilingual to support registration, scheduling, and insurance verification in our EHR systems. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm, efficient patient experience.

You will handle check-in, copays, and accurate data entry while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professionalism across daily tasks in a busy healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year office, customer service, or related experience required.
• Medical office experience preferred.
• Experience in primary care or behavioral health setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid insurance preferred.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify insurance in the EHR.
• Answer phones, greet patients, and assist scheduling.
• Consistently collect copayments and explain financial responsibility.
• Maintain accurate patient information and scheduling in EPIC.
• Provide admin support with confidentiality per HIPAA.
