Job summary

Signature Health, Inc. in Beachwood, Ohio, is seeking a friendly Patient Services Representative to support patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification within the EHR (Epic).

You will greet patients, answer calls, process copayments, and help ensure accurate data while protecting patient privacy under HIPAA. As part of the Patient Services team, you’ll collaborate with clinicians and front-desk staff, handle multi-tasked duties, and maintain a positive, professional environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year office, customer service, or related experience.
• Medical office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid preferred.
• Experience with EPIC and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support patient registration and ensure data accuracy in the EHR.
• Schedule appointments and assist with provider availability.
• Answer phones, greet patients, and collect copayments.
• Verify insurance and update patient information as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in line with HIPAA.
