• Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries by phone and in person.
• Verify patient information and insurance details accurately.
• Support a positive clinic culture and help transitional therapy processes run smoothly.
• Maintain patient records and keep front office organized.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Assist in general front office tasks during downtime.
