Allegro Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet patients and families, handle scheduling, check-ins/outs, and maintain HIPAA compliance. The role requires high school diploma, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment across Eastside locations.

Responsibilities include answering phones, verifying demographics, processing insurance, collecting co-pays, and supporting front and back office tasks.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office and collaborating with teams.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and schedule appointments using the Practice Management system.
• Verify demographics and check patients in/out in clinic.
• Verify and scan patient insurance and collect co-pays.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Support front and back office as needed.
