PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly greet families, manage registrations, and support the medical team with administrative tasks in a fast-paced pediatric setting.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills, with prior healthcare/hospitality experience preferred. Comfortable traveling to another site may be needed, and HIPAA compliance is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Greet families in person and on the phone.
• Answer questions and seek clarifications as needed.
• Assist with patient flow and self-registration.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance in all tasks.
• Process patient documents and filings.
• Open and close office duties; organize and stock.
• Escalate urgent issues to site leadership.
• Support care quality initiatives.
