Job summary

PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome families and manage front desk duties with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. The role supports the medical team by handling patient accounts, registrations, and administrative tasks in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

The ideal candidate will be organized, able to multi-task, and possess strong customer service and communication skills, with experience in healthcare settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience in healthcare preferred.
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel to another site if needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet families professionally in person and on the phone.
• Answer patient/family questions and seek instruction when needed.
• Handle patient documents and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Register patients and update demographics, insurance, and financial data.
• Monitor patient flow and assist with self-registration.
• Perform opening/closing duties as assigned.
