Proliance Surgeons – Orthopedic Specialists of Seattle is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the welcoming face for patients and coordinate appointments, check-ins, and insurance verification. The role supports physicians and the clinical team with accurate data entry and smooth scheduling in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service in person and on the phone
• Greet and direct patients, vendors and visitors
• Schedule patient appointments; check in/verify information; confirm insurance/referral
• Ensure consent forms and patient info are up to date in PM software and EMR
• Answer multiline phone system and route calls to staff or physicians
• Verify insurance eligibility and financial status
• Enter health and financial information accurately in the practice management system
• Support patient check-in and completion of paperwork
• Communicate appointment status, wait times, or cancellations
• Review records for completeness and arrange records accordingly
• Coordinate with medical assistants and clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Schedule meetings and interpreters as needed
• Follow onboarding policies and handbook guidance

Education

High School Diploma or the Equivalent

1-2 years relevant experience in public contact

Minimum 1-year front office or reception experience

Practice Management experience (desired)
