Proliance Surgeons is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the friendly face for patients in Seattle. You will schedule appointments, verify insurance, greet visitors, and enter critical patient data with care and accuracy.

This role supports the clinical team and ensures smooth daily operations within the orthopedic practice. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in a front-office medical setting, strong communication, and a commitment to confidentiality and excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of public-facing experience, preferably in a medical office.
• Minimum 1 year front office or reception experience; medical setting preferred.
• Familiarity with practice management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients, vendors, and visitors.
• Schedule appointments and check-in/verify patient information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and manage referrals.
• Enter patient and financial data into the system accurately.
• Communicate appointment status, wait times, and changes to patients.
• Support the clinical team by coordinating with medical assistants.
