Proliance Surgeons in Washington state seeks a Patient Services Representative to be the welcoming face and first point of contact for patients and their families.

You will schedule appointments and follow-ups, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and coordinate with medical staff to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical clinic or surgical office required.
• Experience with a busy front desk and multitasking skills.
• Experience with paper charts is ideal but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and direct patients, vendors and visitors.
• Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays as needed.
• Enter patient information into EMR and practice management systems with accuracy.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth appointment flow.
