Job summary

Schedule: 20 hours per week, Mon–Fri 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with alternating two eight-hour shifts one week and three eight-hour shifts the next. You will handle patient services, billing information, and medical records to keep the ambulatory care team running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Support providers and connect with patients to ensure a seamless, compassionate experience.
• Handle patient scheduling, tests, procedures, and information requests.
• Assist with billing information entry and timely medical records.
