Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, high-quality service to patients arriving for appointments or calling for information.
• Enter billing information at the time of service and follow up on missing data.
• Uphold standards for accurate and timely medical records.
• Support providers and ensure a compassionate, seamless patient experience within the ambulatory care team.
