Responsibilities

• Maintains clinical/clerical standards per policy manual.
• Follow scripting for patient interactions.
• Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel.
• Greets patients, collects insurance card/ID, verifies insurance, and obtains patient details.
• Enter admitting information and add patient to clinic schedule.
• Receive payments and perform accounting duties.
• Balance daily ledger and prepare bank deposits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and staff training.
