Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical/clerical standards per policy.
• Follow scripting for patient interactions.
• Answer incoming calls using provided scripts and route to correct staff.
• Greet patients, collect insurance card and ID, verify insurance, and request form completion.
• Enter admitting information and add patient to clinic schedule.
• Handle payments and perform routine accounting duties.
• Balance daily ledger and prepare bank deposits.
• Perform duties as assigned by managers/administration.
• Participate in quality improvement, education, and meetings.
