The role involves greeting patients, scanning documents, managing appointment schedules, and assisting with cosmetic product sales. A strong customer service mindset and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years medical office experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer functions.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Typing 40 wpm preferred.
• Attention to detail required.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a team.
• Responds well to feedback from supervisors.
• Professional appearance and polite demeanor expected.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Open and close clinic duties.
• Greet patients, check in for appointments and verify insurance.
• Scan documents into the electronic health record.
