Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with patients and families with care and respect.
• Document care provided in the patient record and ensure continuity of care with the health care team.
• Order supplies and monitor vaccine/medication expirations.
• Perform clerical duties including scheduling, letters, and handling patient correspondence.
• Upload/process Rightfax documents into EPIC and manage medical records.
