Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients in treatment rooms and facilitates issue resolution.
• Performs administrative tasks including patient check-out, scheduling, referrals, and insurance-related documentation.
• Obtains insurance authorizations and supports appeals and denials as needed.
• Manages EMR/EHR scanning and EPIC document management.
• Trains new team members using established processes.
• Acts as Patient Services Representative or Associate as needed.
• Participates in safety initiatives and completes required competencies.
