Responsibilities

• Assist patients and visitors with check-in and check-out; schedule follow-ups and referrals.
• Verify patient insurance and demographics; direct patients to waiting areas.
• Handle payments and post charges with appropriate codes; generate daily reports.
• Respond to routine inquiries about services and hours of operation.
• Support medical records duties: pull, transport, file charts and requests.
• Mentor junior staff and provide help as requested.
