Responsibilities

• Assists patients and visitors with check-in and check-out, schedules follow-ups and referrals.
• Verifies insurance information, demographics, and updates records in the system.
• Handles payments and posts charges; generates daily payment reports.
• Responds to routine inquiries about hours, services, and policies.
• Assists with medical records duties and files charts as requested.
• Mentors junior staff and provides training when needed.
