Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform check-in, check-out, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior staff as needed.
• Manage patient relations and address inquiries.

Skills

Excellent listening and communication skills

Skilled in using personal computers and related software
