Responsibilities

• Check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phone inquiries.
• Register patients, verify demographics, and document changes in the system.
• Process payments, post charges, and generate daily reports.
• Handle patient inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Assist with medical records requests and chart management.
• Mentor junior staff as requested.
