Job summary

• Process check-in and check-out and schedule appointments via EPIC.
• Obtain pre-certifications and/or pre-authorizations for procedures.
• Maintain efficient flow of the practice and address patient/provider concerns.
• Greet patients/visitors professionally and protect HIPAA privacy.
• Comply with federal, state, and local standards.
