• Processes check in and check out, scheduling appointments via EPIC.
• Obtains pre-certifications and/or pre-authorizations for procedures.
• Maintains efficient workflow and escalates concerns as appropriate.
• Greets and interacts with patients/visitors professionally.
• Adheres to HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
