Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and visitors with check‑in and check‑out, scheduling, and phone inquiries.
• Verify insurance information and demographics; enter updates in the system.
• Process payments and post charges; generate daily payment reports.
• Provide accurate information to patients and approved entities; discuss financial arrangements as needed.
• Support medical records activities: pull and file charts, transfers, and referrals.
• Mentor and assist junior staff as requested.
