Job summary

Tactile Medical is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our Minneapolis team. You will be the primary contact for patients prior to shipment of the device, handling inbound and outbound calls in a busy contact center environment.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, guiding patients through forms, arranging payments and financial assistance, updating patient files, and coordinating with sales and other departments to meet yearly shipment goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of customer service/call center experience
• Experience using a multiple monitor interface

Responsibilities

• Outreach to patients to process all pending product shipments
• Effectively communicate with patients with clear, empathetic language
• Deliver information to patients with care and clarity
• Discuss benefit information with clarity to patients
• Set up payments and payment arrangements in the POS system
• Explain and facilitate completion of forms for financial assistance
• Provide order status updates for patient calls and inquiries
• Triage patient calls to other departments as appropriate
• Enter and triage service or product issue cases
• Update patient files and order information
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and quality standards
• Participate in cross-functional efforts to meet shipment goals
