Job summary

Saving Sight is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join a fast-paced, patient-focused call center. In this hybrid role, you'll rotate weekly through four areas of patient support, collaborating with teammates to deliver compassionate care.

You’ll welcome patients, notify them when orders ship, follow up on expirations, and schedule follow-ups. Strong communication and organization are essential, and prior healthcare or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome new and returning patients and guide them through their care process
• Call patients when their orders are ready to ship and provide next-step support
• Follow up on expiring orders to help patients stay on track
• Make second-touch calls and scheduled follow-ups, reinforcing patient trust
• Work closely with teammates in each area to ensure seamless service
