Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume incoming calls, resolving patient concerns and complaints.
• Enter new patient information into Condor system, including demographics, diagnosis, physician details, product needs, and insurance data.
• Obtain written orders from physicians, verify insurance coverage, and generate accurate orders.
• Make outbound calls to keep patients and referral sources updated on order status.
