Firelands-Health Bellevue is seeking a Patient Services Representative to create a welcoming environment for patients accessing care. You will handle calls, schedule appointments, and support front-office workflows under supervision.

You will also assist with data collection, billing-related tasks, and coordination with clinicians, while maintaining EMR accuracy and a patient-centric approach across interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a general office setting preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health/medical environment preferred.
• Typing 40 wpm.
• Ability to present a positive professional image at all times.
• Ability to organize and file alphabetically and numerically.

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage phone calls and manage service requests.
• Coordinate clinician schedules and patient appointments; manage patient flow at check-in/check-out.
• Provide clerical support to direct service staff and management.
• Maintain professional use of EMR and related software.
• Promote patient engagement with a welcoming and supportive demeanor.
