Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is hiring a Patient Service Representative for our Tacoma Allenmore clinic. This full-time role focuses on front desk operations, including phone inquiries, scheduling, insurance verification, and chart maintenance, with a strong emphasis on accurate records and courteous patient interactions.

Expect a Monday through Friday schedule, 40 hours weekly, in a fast-paced environment supported by a team that provides comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance verification processes.
• Proficiency with common office software and equipment.
• Experience with front desk and patient scheduling operations.
• Ability to operate a multi-line phone system and basic office devices.

Responsibilities

• Process patient scheduling, insurance verification, and chart maintenance.
• Collect outstanding balances and balance cash daily.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain logs.
• Coordinate with billing and clinical staff to resolve patient matters.
