Responsibilities

• Answer patient calls and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance and obtain required authorizations.
• Maintain and update patient charts; manage daily logs.
• Collect payments, balance cash nightly, and run reports.
• Coordinate with billing and care staff to resolve issues.
