Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is seeking a full-time, proactive Patient Service Representative for our Bonney Lake clinic. The role focuses on patient services, scheduling, insurance verification, and front-desk duties in a fast-paced setting.

The successful candidate will handle high-volume scheduling, verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain patient charts while communicating closely with billing and treating staff. OSS offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance verification process.
• Knowledge of computer programs used in a medical office.
• Ability to operate a computer, scanner, fax/copy, and basic office equipment.
• Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients, staff, and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Process all activity related to OSS’s patient services including phone calls, scheduling, insurance verification, follow-up and chart maintenance.
• Build and maintain all patient charts and handle daily postings and reminder calls.
• Communicate with OSS staff via Outlook and coordinate with billing and treating staff to resolve patient matters.
• Open and sort mail daily and participate in monthly staff meetings and educational activities.
