Job summary

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) seeks a full-time, proactive patient service representative to join our Tacoma Allenmore clinic. You will manage high-volume scheduling, verify insurance, maintain patient charts, collect payments, and coordinate with billing and treating staff to resolve issues. The role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.

to 6:00 p.m., totaling 40 hours per week. The role requires a high school diploma with three years of related experience, strong communication and computer skills, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and three years in a related role.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and scheduling processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process patient services including scheduling, insurance verification, chart maintenance.
• Collect payments, balance nightly, print reports, and maintain logs.
• Coordinate with billing and treating staff to resolve patient matters and attend meetings.
