Job summary

Olympic Sports & Spine seeks a full-time, proactive Patient Service Representative for our Puyallup 112th St. clinic. You will join a fast-paced team delivering excellent patient service at the front desk.

Responsibilities include phone calls, scheduling, insurance verification, chart maintenance, patient communications, and coordinating with billing. Work Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., for 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance verification processes.
• Proficiency with standard office software and email.
• Experience with front-desk or administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Process all activities related to OSS’s patient services at the front desk.
• Manage high-volume patient scheduling, including phone reception and chart maintenance.
• Coordinate with billing and referral sources; communicate with patients and insurers.
