You will answer calls, check-in and check-out patients, collect information, and handle payments while coordinating with clinical staff.

The role requires high school completion, 3 years of customer service, and 2 years in patient service, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of patient service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent problem solving and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all phone calls and voicemails.
• Check-in and check-out patients; inform clinical staff of arrivals.
• Collect patient information for new patients and forms.
• Handle questions from walk-in patients and schedule appointments.
• Maintain up-to-date comm-log with patient/parent communications.
• Review daily clinic schedule and adjust hours as needed.
• Print end-of-day reports and maintain reception area.
• Process payments and verify transactions; follow up on balances.
• Travel to sister clinics for marketing events and coverage.
