Job summary

Orthodontic Experts is seeking a Customer Service/Patient Service Representative to warmly greet visitors, manage the front desk, answer calls, and provide essential administrative support.

You will handle patient registration, medical history, HIPAA notices, payments, and scheduling while maintaining clean, organized reception areas and upholding our high standards of patient care across multiple clinics in the Chicagoland area.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• 3 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of patient service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Excellent problem solving and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual - Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Answer all phone calls and return voicemails.
• Check-in/out patients and collect needed information and payments.
• Maintain front desk and general administrative support.
• Manage schedules, reminders, and clinic communications.
• Support marketing events and travel to sister clinics as needed.
