Qualifications

• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-desk support across OB/GYN, Multispecialty, and Primary Care.
• Welcome and assist patients, manage check-in/check-out.
• Schedule appointments at the clinic and other locations; verify insurance and authorizations.
• Update demographic information and collect copayments.
• Audit billing documents and document appointment dispositions.
• Manage petty cash drawer.
