Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greet patients and the community with respectful, professional communication.
• Schedule patients, verify demographics, and enter information into the computer system accurately.
• Process patient registration and insurance verification efficiently and correctly.
• Explain financial options and collect patient payments as needed.
• Maintain patient charts and records, and support referrals and scheduling as required.
