Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule appointments and enter information into the computer system.
• Verify demographics, insurance, and process registrations.
• Assist with referrals, authorizations, and pre-certifications as applicable.
• Record time indicators and reconcile cash drawer at day end.
