Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative for the Paducah Medical Office Building. You will register patients, verify demographics and insurance, schedule appointments, and explain financial options while delivering exceptional customer service.

Occasional coverage at other physician practices may be required. We value reliable frontline staff with strong communication and payment processing skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior Experience in Patient Registration/healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between patients and physician practices.
• Schedule appointments and enter scheduling information accurately.
• Verify demographics and insurance information during registration.
• Explain financial options to patients and collect payments.
• Assist with referrals and authorizations as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and cover other locations when required.
