You will assist with referrals, MyChart usage, and payments while supporting multiple practice locations when needed. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and healthcare registration experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Prior registration/healthcare experience preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and billing processes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between patients and practices.
• Greet patients, provide exceptional customer service, and route calls.
• Schedule patients and enter data accurately in the computer system.
• Process registrations, insurance verification, and demographic updates.
• Collect patient liabilities and process payments; reconcile cash drawer daily.
• Assist with referrals, scheduling, and online MyChart activities.
• Obtain necessary authorizations and pre-certifications as applicable.
• Maintain charts and records per office policy; refer to financial counselors when needed.
