Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greet patients and the community with respectful, professional service.
• Schedule appointments, enter information into the computer system accurately.
• Process patient registrations and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Collect and reconcile patient payments and manage cash drawer.
• Assist with referrals, authorizations and pre-certifications as applicable.
• Support coverage for other physician practices as needed.
