Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience in patient registration/healthcare is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary point of contact between patients and physician practices.
• Registers patients, verifies demographics and insurance details.
• Schedules appointments and manages patient flow and records.
• Calculates patient liabilities and processes payments.
• Assists with referrals, MyChart usage and scheduling across locations.
