Qualifications

• Six months to one year experience in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets and screens patients and checks them in using an automated system.
• Distributes paperwork to patients, families and staff.
• Triages questions from callers and routes to the appropriate staff.
• Performs general clerical duties and orders supplies.
