Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to deliver personalized patient experiences at the front desk during check-in/check-out. No optical experience is required, as training will be provided to learn the industry and ensure a best-in-class patient experience.

This role reports to the Office General Manager, with some weekend and evening shifts expected. You will manage front desk tasks, verify insurance options, confirm appointments, and support office staff in a fast-paced

• Experience at a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role supporting administrative duties.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
• Flexible, nimble mindset with ability to wear multiple hats.
• Friendly, patient-centric attitude thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with collaborative approach to patient experience.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check-in/check-out process experience.
• Become a subject matter expert in insurance plans to educate patients.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach with Doctor availability.
• Multitask by managing multiple phone lines, greeting patients, scheduling, and assisting staff.
• Cross-train to other office support roles as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure seamless patient experience.
