Job summary

Revo Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative Float to support patient registration and check-in, with additional clinical support duties. The role is full-time and based at Stillwater and other OSI clinics, Monday–Friday in the 6:45 AM–5:00 PM window.

Essential duties include greeting and registering patients, verifying insurance, scheduling in the practice management system, coordinating with staff and patients, and supporting switchboard tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Customer service experience required.
• Administrative or medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information and photo ID.
• Verify and document insurance information.
• Schedule patients accurately in the practice management system.
• Communicate appointment details, directions and copays to patients.
